I have tested it with recent releases of Moodle and it seems to work fine with all these versions. Also, I have some new features that I will be releasing soon that will add even more capability to this module. Embedding video in Moodle (4 min): Video tutorial demonstrating how to embed a Kanopy video into Moodle. With this option, students stay within Moodle to view the video. This allows them to view the video in full screen, but does not give them any other options. If you simply want them to view the video, this is probably enough.

The Moodle Questionnaire module is a survey-like type of activity. It allows teachers to create a wide range of questions to get student feedback e.g. on a course or activities. The goals of the Questionnaire module are quite different from those of the Moodle Lesson or Quiz modules.
